Most of the people like Bulgur wheat but unfortunately the consumption quantity is not directly proportional to this liking. Our firm has put emphasis on the reasons of this and consequently detected that Bulgur wheat is of secondary importance due to that it is generally consumed as plain food along other foods, not as complete meal, besides this cooking Bulgur wheat with additives (with tomato, pepper etc.) is not practical.
